In addition to all other rights available to Elite Sports, including those set forth in these Terms & Conditions, Elite Sports reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your account, refuse service to you, or cancel orders.

The revised Terms & Conditions will govern your future use of our site and service, so we strongly suggest that you visit and review our Terms & Conditions periodically. Each version is specifically dated. If you do not agree to the revised version, you must immediately stop using our site and service.

If you are under the age of eighteen (18) years, you cannot place orders with Elite Sports. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years. Should Elite Sports suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, Elite Sports reserves the right to seek compensation from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any order(s) to be placed.

In addition to these general terms and conditions, there are other important legal conditions concerning the Return Policy and Cancellation Policy. Agreeing to these general terms and conditions means your approval and commitment to the Return Policy, which are all part of a legally binding contract between us and you. You must read these general terms and conditions and Return Policy carefully before buying anything from Elite Sports.

We reserve the right to change the general terms and conditions and Return Policy at any time. Any changes will apply to all new orders after posting on the Elite Sports website. You should review the general terms and conditions and Return Policy posted on the website before each purchase.

We reserve the right at any time to modify, stop selling, stop services, or sell any of our products, or suspend online shopping temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice. If our service stops after payment, we shall refund you in accordance with our Return Policy.

It is your responsibility to ensure the confidentiality of your login and password and all other data related to your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any suspected or actual breach of security.

Availability and Estimated Delivery Times

Although we constantly check the accuracy of our stock and its compatibility with our physical inventory, errors may occur. If we discover any stock error with a product you ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Payment

Payment for products can only be made via card payments at the time of order. Elite Sports cannot accept any other form of payment.

Prices include statutory UAE VAT but exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs are charged in addition and clearly displayed during checkout in the ‘Grand Total’.

Card payments are authorized at checkout, placing a hold on funds. Payment is taken upon dispatch. If a supply issue arises, the authorization is reversed, and funds released back into your account within 3-5 business days. The refund timeframe depends on your bank or payment provider.

If your delivery address is outside the UAE, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes. These, along with any additional customs charges, are your responsibility. All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from the UAE.

If you are using a foreign credit or debit card, your bank may charge international transaction fees. Elite Sports is not responsible for any such charges. All charges are made in AED, and currency conversion is handled by your card provider at the prevailing exchange rate.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued only after compliance with our Returns Policy. If an item is returned within the proper period and proper channels, it can be fully refunded. Items marked as non-returnable will not qualify for a refund.

Approved refunds will be credited to your card or original payment method within 1 week. Delays beyond this may result from bank processing times. If there are refund issues, contact your bank or card issuer first. Elite Sports is not responsible for any charges imposed by banks during the refund process.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled anytime before being prepared for dispatch. Log into your account and follow the cancellation steps for a full refund. If the item has already been dispatched, please refer to the Returns Policy. Customized items cannot be canceled once submitted.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with UAE laws. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.

User Reviews and Comments

You must comply with local laws regarding the use of our website. You are fully responsible for the content you post.
